As a part of the European Union now,Bulgaria is becoming more and more appealing to foreign companies.
The real estate business is constantly developing, reaching unbelievably high levels.
According to recent studies,in spite of the rapid building processes, there is stil lack of logistics parks and office centres, especially in the capital Sofia.
On the other hand the changing political situation still serves as a serious point of consideration when thinking of entering the Bulgarian market. As are actually the signs of small British Investors that are fleeing the country.
If you actually observe the market more closely, you would see a tendency where all the newspapers state that "British are going home".But fact of the matter is, large UK companies, funds etc. are actually preparing large investments in Bulgaria. So what is the reason for the first ones to leave and for the last to come here?
And what is the most profitable areas for investments in Bulgaria?
Is tourism still so appealing,or is the main focus drawn to city developments now?
What is your opinion?
